My daughter loves training here! Sheana is skilled, supportive, and truly care about each player's growth. The facility is great, and the positive environment keeps her motivated. She’s improved so much in both skills and confidence. Highly recommend!

An amazing workout for our daughter. With positive critiques and skills to help her build and grow with in basketball journey. Our daughter walked away knowing what she can work on to improve her ball handling skills to get to another level. An amazing instructor/coach and mentor for a daughter to look up to.

We got to lucky to have been invited by a friend to participate in this class. My son had the best time and learned so much. Coach Mosch is fun and able to keep the kids engaged and entertained while teaching them skills and the rules of the game. I was so impressed and cannot wait to participate in more!

Coach Mosch creates a fun but structured environment that enables kids to greatly improve their skills while still enjoying themselves. Coach Mosch teaches all different aspects of the game like shooting footwork, layups and the importance of practicing your weak hand layups, she has her kids practice defense in 1v1/2v1/2v2/3v3 settings, and helps them learn better decision making skills under pressure. Your child will learn so much but more importantly, still have fun while doing it! 🏀

Coach Sheana and her team are phenomenal. She teaches the fundamentals on a whole other level. My daughter has improved so much since working with her and can’t see where she will level up to by middle school. She instills discipline and hardwork, and pushes them to problem solve constantly. If you want to you athlete to take it to the next level, Mosch Ball is the place to go.
